The article provides information about the international scientific conference dedicated to 80-th anniversary of establishment Russian-Canadian diplomatic relations which was held at St. Petersburg State University as part First Saint-Petersburg Congress on International Studies “Global and Regional Challenges in Changing World”, November 10–12, 2022. It is noted that this only public event date both Russia Canada. shown a significant number Canadian scholars from all over took conference. Their presentations, devoted various aspects history, politics, culture, social sphere, showed an extremely high level academic knowledge.
